Aimee Osbourne’s life from estranged siblings to final selfless act for dad Ozzy


Unlike her famous parents Ozzy and Sharon Osbourne, and her siblings Kelly and Jack, Aimee Osbourne has consistently kept a low profile, shunning the spotlight.

Sharon was supported by her children Kelly, Jack and Aimee as the family took in outpouring of love for the heavy metal star at his funeral procession attended by thousands of devoted fans.

Aimee, 41, who is a singer releasing music under the name ARO, was born in 1983 in London and lived with her famous family in California where they filmed their iconic show, The Osbournes, which Aimee opted not to be a part of. At age 16, Aimee chose to move out of the family home when her loved ones began filming for the reality series.

She added: “So why on earth would I want that portrayed on television? I wanted to protect myself, my parents, my siblings, too. They were very young, very impressionable.”

In 2020, mum Sharon explained that she understood Aimee’s decision to not appear on the show. Speaking on The Talk, she said: “We had about 30 crew, 24 hours a day. The house wasn’t a home any more, it was a studio, so I get why she didn’t like it.”

In terms of Aimee’s siblings, Kelly opened up about their relationship and in 2021 said: “We don’t talk”.
